Poets Mary Frances Baugh and Marjorie Howard Johnson will read at Mac's on Wednesday, December 14th at 7 p.m.
Mary Frances Baugh is the author of two poetry collections, Lake Erie Reflections and When Dreams Escape. A novel, The Brewer's Women is based on a family beer business in Erie Pa. Mary is also a journalist and worked for Arts Indiana Magazine. She was a restaurant reviewer for the Evansville Sunday Courier and Press.
Mary lives in Erie and enjoys music, art, gardening and biking.
Marjorie Howard Johnson is a Cleveland area writer and a retired educator. She has a Ph.D in Romance Literature, has taught at Lake Erie College and Hawken School and is a Leader-Teacher with Case Western Reserve University's Off Campus Studies program. She is the author of the poetry collection Mad Mother Moon, a novel The Sweet Ballads of Charles Aznavour and a collection of linked stories Tales from Grenney Lane.
