Poets Bree, Steve Brightman and Jim Lang will read at Mac's. This reading is co-sponsored by NightBallet Press and Crisis Chronicles.

Bree's new book is the melody, i swear, it's just around that way (Crisis). She is also the author of a memoir The Rainbow Sweater & My Mother and numerous chapbooks and broadsides. She is the publisher of Green Panda Press and coordinated the poetry festivals Rabbits over Cleveland, Kenneth Patchen Fest and Tres Versing Cleveland.

Steve Brightman is the author Sometimes, Illinois (NightBallet), Forlorn Teeth (Blasted Press) and The Logic of Meteors (Writing Knights). He works has been published in I Have My Own Song For It: Modern Poems about Ohio and the journals Haiku Year in Review, Kansas City Voices and other publications.

Jim Lang's new collection is Coyote Moon (NightBallet). He has had poems published throughout the small press since the 1960's when he worked at Toronto's legendary Coach House Press. He is also a photographer -- his work has been exhibited at the Busta Gallery, Southside Gallery, San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and other galleries and museums. He has compiled poetry and art into bags, zines and multi-media performances.
