The Camino de Santiago in northern Spain is becoming an increasingly important destination for modern pilgrimages.
The Way of St. James has been a seeker's spiritual path for centuries. It's been named one of UNESCO's World Heritage Sites and was declared Europe's first Cultural Route in 1987.
A few area residents have walked the Camino and will be at Mac's on Thursday, March 29th at 7 p.m. to share their experiences. Please come if you have walked yourself or are thinking of doing it and would like to meet fellow travelers.
