Chad will be joined by artists Gary & Laura Dumm

From online magazine CFYE and author Arden de Raaij;

Chad Bilyeu is a writer, art-director, photographer, storyteller and independent comic book  creator hailing from Cleveland Ohio and living in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
Over the years Chad has been using his sharp pen and keen eye to document different facets of Dutch society and in 2018 he poured his skills in the perfect form: Chad in Amsterdam.

Chad In Amsterdam is a comic book chronicling “the misadventures of an atypical American in Amsterdam” and is an excellent mix between autobiographical stories and reflections on living in Amsterdam.
The series, which currently has six issues is written and published by Chad while the artwork is created in collaboration with a plethora of amazing artists.

Check out this great interview with Chad at CFYE:

Gary and Laura Dumm have been creating art for over a half a century. Gary is a cartoonist and Laura is a pop art painter.  They work separately but love to collaborate on many different projects. Gary will be signing Fire on the Water, a graphic novel collaboration with author Scott MacGregor about the Lake Erie tunnel disaster of 1916.

Several years ago Gary and Laura began working together on an environmental series using classic horror monsters, science projects gone wrong, to illustrate things like water and air pollution, the overuse of pesticides and the problem of bees becoming extinct. They had a solo show “Here There Be Monsters” in 2016 at BAYarts and are continuing to work on the series and show them whenever they can to promote environmental and social causes
