We will consider stocking your book. Email the details. If you are distributing the book yourself we will ask you to bring a copy to the store. 

Before you have self-published your work, please consult industry resources for best practices. The Business of Being a Writer by Jane Friedman, So You Want to Publish a Book by Anne Trubek and A People's Guide to Publishing by Joe Biel are good places to start.

Resources for Writers:

Mac's stocks several writing publications and journals including Poets and Writers magazine, which is an essential read. Poets and Writers also maintains a great website with information about how to get published and news about the business of writing.

The South Euclid-Lyndhurst branch of the Cuyahoga County Public Library has a brand new writing center that offers programs and workshops for local authors and writers.

Literary Cleveland is a new organization that promotes literary events, workshops, and readings to create a strong community for writers in the Cleveland area.

The Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America also has a really great website with tons of practical information about the nuts and bolts of publishing. Of particular interest is the Writer Beware section.

Lake Erie Ink is a writing space for kids that features workshops and readings. It's located at the Coventry School building, near the corner of Coventry and Euclid Heights Blvd.
